Gentle Breath Meditation

I first started practising the Gentle Breath Meditation™ over 10 years ago when I attended a workshop run by Serge Benhayon. Having tried many forms of meditation before I was amazed at how simple yet effective it was. Within less than 10 minutes my overactive mind had quietened down and I felt deeply connected to my body and very relaxed. The results were so profound I took it into my daily routine and although I don't now practise it daily I often return to it when I feel out of sorts.
