Connective Tissue, also known as fascia is an abundant tissue throughout our body. Following sudden or longstanding trauma or stress it becomes, tight, hardened and constricted and can cause pain, discomfort, stiffness and loss of movement. In its natural state it supports us to feel light and spacious and to move freely and at ease within the world.
